The OSG Carbide Drill 5XD with an 11.8 mm diameter is a through-coolant drilling tool built for precision and durability in demanding materials. Coated with WD1 and featuring a whistle notch shank, it provides secure tool holding, excellent wear resistance, and efficient chip control for professional machining, fabrication, and repair work. Its 5XD length-to-diameter ratio expands reach without sacrificing rigidity, making deeper holes more reliable in a single setup.

WD1 Coated for Extended Wear Resistance: The WD1 finish enhances surface protection, helping the drill maintain sharpness longer and resist wear in tough materials for increased tool life and dependable hole quality.
