The 25-50 mm / 1-2" Insize Digital Blade Micrometer (3532 Series) is a precise measuring tool designed to gauge the groove diameter of shafts and keyways with confidence. In the 25–50 mm range, the digital readout provides fast, accurate results in millimeters or inches, helping you verify tolerances quickly on the shop floor.
Designed for daily workshop use, it features a non-rotating spindle and a ratchet stop to ensure accurate, repeatable readings. It ships with setting standards (except 0–25 mm/0–1"), and there is an optional data output cable (code7302-SPC6) for capturing measurements. The unit is powered by a LR44 battery with automatic power-off to extend use between charges.
- Digital readout with metric and imperial units: The 3532 displays measurements with 0.001 mm (0.00005") resolution and lets you switch between millimeters and inches for quick checks of shafts and keyways, reducing conversion errors and speeding up acceptance testing.
- Non-rotating spindle and ratchet stop: A non-rotating spindle prevents reading drift, while the ratchet stop applies consistent contact pressure for repeatable, reliable measurements across multiple checks.
- Data output option and calibration support: Optional data output cable (code7302-SPC6) lets you export measurements for logs and quality records; it also comes with setting standards (except 0–25 mm/0–1") to simplify calibration and traceability.
