The Insize 3532 Digital Blade Type B Micrometer (25-50 mm / 1-2 in) is a precision instrument designed to measure groove diameters on shafts and keyways with dependable accuracy. Ideal for engineers, machinists, quality inspectors, and hobbyists, it provides clear digital readings and straightforward operation in a compact, durable package. The non-rotating, ratchet-stopped spindle guarantees repeatable measurements and minimizes user-induced drift, while 0.001 mm (0.00005") resolution ensures small, critical differences are captured. It runs on a LR44 battery with automatic power-off and offers convenient unit switching (mm/inch), ABS/INC, and data output capabilities. Setting standards are supplied (except 0-25 mm / 0-1"), and an optional data output cable (code 7302-SPC6) is available for SPC data integration.
- 0.001 mm (0.00005") digital resolution: Read precise groove diameters quickly on the bright LCD, improving measurement confidence and reducing rechecks.
