The Bison 3544 series camlock-mount 3-jaw steel scroll chuck delivers precise, repeatable workholding for turning applications. With a 200 mm diameter and a D1-4 camlock mount, it is designed for larger stock and quick spindle changes—making it ideal for engineers, machinists, tradespeople, hobbyists, and shops that value reliable grip and fast setup.
All Bison scroll chucks are 100% manufactured in the Bison Bial factory in Poland, renowned for exceptional quality and tool life. This model features a balanced scroll plate and hardened, ground working surfaces to maintain accurate gripping over many cycles. Supplied with a wrench and a complete jaw set: reversible hardened jaws and outside hardened jaws, it’s ready to perform right out of the box.
- Fast camlock mounting with a balanced design: Easily attach or remove the chuck from the spindle using the D1-4 camlock mount, reducing setup time while maintaining stable, concentric grip during turning.
- Versatile jaw system included: Comes with both reversible hard jaws and outside hard jaws, plus a wrench, giving you flexible, ready-to-use gripping options for a wide range of workpieces.
