Description
Designed for precision turning, the Bison 3544 series camlock mount offers a 3-jaw steel scroll chuck built for durability and long life. It features a balanced scroll plate, hardened and ground working surfaces, and a camlock mount with D1-6 compatibility, making it suitable for a broad range of turning tasks. Supplied with a wrench and a complete jaw set (reversible hard jaws and outside hard jaws), this chuck is ready to use out of the box.
- Balanced scroll plate for smooth, repeatable gripping: Reduces runout and vibration to deliver consistent concentricity and surface finish, helping parts finish true and tool wear stay low.
- Hardened and ground working surfaces for durability: Precision-ground contact faces and hardened jaws resist wear, ensuring reliable accuracy and longer service life in demanding applications.
- Complete jaw package with ready-to-use setup: Includes reversible hard jaws and outside hard jaws plus a wrench, enabling fast jaw configuration changes without downtime.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
