Description
The Robert Charles Metric Piloted Countersink – 3 Flutes – Integral Pilot – Straight Shank is designed for precise countersinking of metric pre-drilled holes. The integral pilot aligns with the hole to prevent tool wander, delivering clean, concentric recesses with minimal chatter. This makes it ideal for both repeatable production work and standing-by-maintenance tasks.
With a 3-flute cutting geometry, this countersink delivers smooth cutting action, excellent stability, and efficient chip evacuation across a wide range of materials, including steels, aluminium, and plastics. The straight shank, combined with a 5.0 mm pilot diameter and a 100° included angle, provides reliable performance and easy handling in common drilling and machining setups.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
