Magafor Reamer - Spiral Flute - Straight Shank - HSS-E - 6.50mm

Magafor Reamer – Spiral Flute – Straight Shank – HSS-E (M35 cobalt) with a 6.50 mm nominal diameter is an intermediate precision finishing tool designed to transform drilled holes into accurate, smooth bores. Built for reliability in demanding materials, its straight shank fits standard chucks and collets for quick, confident setup in workshops, shops, and production lines.

The reamer features a left-hand spiral flute paired with right-hand cutting to promote steady material removal and a clean bore finish. Its cobalt-enriched HSS-E composition delivers enhanced wear resistance, helping it hold its size and cut consistently over more workpieces and longer service life.

• Durable HSS-E cobalt construction: Delivers superior wear resistance and longer tool life in hard steels and alloys, reducing tool changes and downtime.
• Left-hand spiral flute with right-hand cutting for stable finishing: Optimizes chip evacuation and produces a consistent, smooth bore with reduced rubbing and better surface quality.
• DIN 212-B tolerance: D = 0 + 0.004 mm: Ensures precise, repeatable hole sizes across production runs, minimizing rework and ensuring reliable fits with mating parts.

This reamer helps you achieve precise bore diameters with repeatable results, improving workflow and reducing rework. Its straightforward compatibility with common tooling setups means faster changeovers and dependable performance on a range of materials, letting you finish projects with confidence and accuracy.
