Description
BaerCoil BA thread inserts are precision-engineered fasteners designed to reinforce and extend the life of threaded joints in metal assemblies. Crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and formed into a compact rhombic profile, they deliver reliable, long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
- Material: AISI 304 stainless steel (austenitic chromium-nickel) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2.
- Cross-Section: Rhombic profile achieved through cold-form swaging for maximum engagement and efficient use of space.
- Size/Diameter: BA 4 with a length of 2.5 x D, optimized for strong thread formation in restricted spaces.
- Manufacturing Process: Cold-work swaging that enhances thread grip and load distribution across the insert.
- Performance: Superior wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, and improved surface finish compared with standard screw connections.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
