BaerCoil BA 6 thread insert 2.5 x D is a precision stainless steel reinforcement for internal threads, designed for engineers and technicians who value durability and reliability in challenging assemblies. Crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, it delivers solid performance across wear, corrosion, and heat resistance.
- Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2.
- Cross-section: Rhombic profile achieved by cold-form swaging for maximum grip and efficient use of space.
- Dimensions: BA 6 size with a length of 2.5 times the nominal diameter (2.5 x D).
- Corrosion and heat resistance: Excellent protection in demanding environments, helping threads endure harsh conditions and temperature variations.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
