Its carefully designed 118-degree pilot with a 90-degree chamfer ensures the correct clearance diameter and depth, helping you prepare tapped holes quickly and accurately.
- Precise chamfered clearance geometry: 118° pilot and 90° chamfer work together to produce accurate clearance holes for standard metric threads, ensuring clean entry and consistent hole size every time.
- Steam oxide finish for reduced sticking: The steam oxide coating prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge, improving chip flow and extending edge life in a variety of materials.
