Description
Solid carbide thread mill for internal 7/16, 7/8 x 14 TPI UN threads. Fast MT has more flutes than a standard Mill-Thread, so each thread takes less time to cut.
This is an internal-only thread mill, and Carmex doesn’t list it for external threads – that’s what the separate EMT range is for. MT8 is sub-micron carbide with a PVD triple coating that stands up to high heat and cuts smoothly in all materials. Carmex rates this tool for material up to 52 HRc.
