Description
The Widin Live Centre is a nut-type live center designed for NCN standard lathes, sized NO.4 and compatible with Morse tapers No.3 or No.6. It features a sealed bearing design to keep cutting oils and contaminants out, delivering dependable performance in everyday turning tasks for engineers, fabricators, tradespeople, and hobbyists.
- Sealed bearing design: Seals protect the bearing from cutting oils and foreign substances, helping maintain smooth operation and extend service life in tough workshop environments.
- Ultra-low runout for precise rotation: Achieves runout as low as 0.00012 inches (0.003 mm), ensuring true rotation under load and consistently accurate turning results.
- Morse taper options No. 3 or No. 6: No. 4 nut-type NCN live center that fits standard lathe setups with secure, repeatable mounting and straightforward setup.
With a triplex bearing system and a hardened shaft (58–62 HRC), this live centre delivers durable, stable performance across demanding turning tasks. The combination of high rotational precision and robust construction helps you improve concentricity, reduce rework, and maintain consistent results over time.

Do you offer Free Next Day delivery?
Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
