Description
The Widin Live Centre is a heavy-duty live center designed for turning and drilling applications on lathes. Built for demanding workshop and production use, this carbided-tipped center is offered in NKCN nut-type configuration and No.4 size, with Morse tapers available in No.3 and No.6 to fit a wide range of machines.
- Carbide-tipped for longer life: The carbide tip delivers superior wear resistance in tough materials, reducing replacement intervals and improving productivity on heavy-duty turning tasks.
- Sealed NKCN nut-type with versatile Morse tapers: Sealing protects the center from cutting oils and foreign substances, while No.3 or No.6 Morse tapers ensure secure, compatible mounting across compatible machines.
- Low runout with durable bearings and hardened shaft: Taper roller bearings plus a shaft hardened to 58–62 HRC deliver tight runout (0.00012" / 0.003 mm) for precise concentricity and better surface finishes.
This live center is designed to deliver reliable performance in continuous use, helping you maintain accuracy, reduce downtime, and achieve consistent results across a range of turning operations. - DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
