Description
The Widin Live Centre is a heavy-lathe live center designed for high-precision turning. With a carbide-tipped tip and nut-type construction (NCPBCN), it minimizes bite interference to deliver smoother starts and more consistent finishes. Morse Taper options No. 3 and No. 6 are available, and the housing is sealed to prevent the inflow of cutting oils and foreign substances.
- Carbide tipped for reduced bite interference: The carbide tip provides superior wear resistance, enabling smoother starts and longer tool life with more consistent finishes.
- Sealed housing for oil and debris protection: Sealing prevents cutting oils and foreign matter from entering the bearing area, reducing maintenance and extending service life.
- High-precision triplex bearing system with hardened shaft: The triplex bearings and shaft hardened to 58–62 HRC deliver ultra-low runout (0.00012" / 0.003 mm) for reliable, repeatable accuracy and durable performance.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
