Description
The Widin Live Centre is a full-tipped dead centre built for reliable between-centers turning. Featuring a carbide-tipped nose and a Nut Type LM-CN interface, this No.2 model is designed for long wear life, consistent centering, and smooth finishes across a range of materials.
Designed to fit Morse tapers No.1 through No.7, it adapts to a variety of lathes and spindle setups. The carbide tip offers excellent wear resistance for tough workpieces, helping you maintain precision over extended use. Runout is tightly controlled for No.1–No.7 at 0.00012" (0.003 mm) to 0.0002" (0.005 mm), delivering true alignment and reduced chatter.
- Carbide-tipped nose for long tool life: The hard-wearing carbide tip resists wear and maintains accurate contact with the workpiece, enabling longer intervals between replacements and steadier cuts on harder materials.
- No.1–No.7 ultra-low runout: Precision runout specifications (as tight as 0.00012" to 0.0002" or 0.003–0.005 mm) ensure true centering, improved surface finish, and consistent tolerances across setups.
- NUT Type LM-CN mounting: Quick, secure installation on compatible spindles with a reliable locking interface, reducing setup time and ensuring repeatable alignment for busy workshop environments.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
