The Widin Live Centre – Half Tipped Dead Centre is a carbide-tipped center designed for precise turning on lathes. Its half-tipped design minimizes bite interference and concentrates contact where it matters, helping you start cuts cleanly and maintain consistent workpiece alignment. This LM-HCN type No.2 center is compatible with Morse taps No. 1 and No. 7, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of setups.
- Half-Tipped geometry for minimized bite interference: reduces chatter and bite at the starting cut, delivering smoother operation and longer tool life.
- Carbide-tipped durability: hardened tip resists wear under demanding turning, helping maintain accurate centering and consistent results over time.
- Ultra-low runout for precise results: runout as low as 0.00012" (0.003 mm) to 0.00020" (0.005 mm) ensures true rotation, better surface finish, and tighter part tolerances.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
