Description
The Carmex 60° Chamfering End Mill is a precision solid carbide countersink designed for clean chamfers and deburring on metal parts. With a 4 mm diameter and a 4-flute design, it’s built for reliable, repeatable edge preparation in CNC milling and precision manual work.

Equipped with CR3 Ultra-Fine carbide and a robust PVD coating, this end mill delivers excellent edge stability and wear resistance, helping you achieve consistent chamfers and reduced burr formation across multiple passes. The 4-flute geometry supports steady material removal and improved surface finish, while the DIN 6535-HA cylindrical shank ensures broad compatibility with standard tooling setups.
