Carmex Solid Carbide Double Radius Cutter is a precision end-mill designed for radius filleting tasks. With a 5 mm diameter and a 0.6 mm radius, it creates smooth, accurate radii on metals, plastics, and other machinable materials, helping you achieve consistent fits and clean finishes.
Built for durability and reliability, this cutter features a cylindrical shank in DIN 6535-HA form for secure seating in standard holders. Its ultrafine carbide grade, paired with a new generation of PVD coatings for high‑performance cutting, delivers high hardness, toughness, edge stability, and wear resistance—even under demanding cutting conditions.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
