Description
Carmex Solid Carbide Double Radius Cutter is a precision end-mill designed for radius filleting tasks. With a 12 mm diameter and a 3.0 mm radius (R3.0), this 4-flute cutter delivers accurate, repeatable fillets and smooth edge quality across a range of materials. The cylindrical shank (DIN 6535-HA) fits standard tool holders for quick setup and secure seating.
Built from solid carbide and finished with a new generation of PVD coatings, it combines high hardness and toughness for long tool life and reliable cutting performance in demanding applications. The ultra-fine carbide grade provides excellent edge stability and wear resistance, helping maintain consistent performance job after job.
