Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool - Face Grooving is a solid carbide bar crafted for precise face grooving. Part of the Tiny Tools family, this precision bar comes in two coating grades to match your cutting speeds and material mix.
Two coating-grade options give you the flexibility to optimize performance for different workflows. The BXC grade features a PVD TiN coating for reliable cutting at lower speeds when working with stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). The BMK grade uses a sub-micron carbide with an advanced PVD triple coating for exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting across a broad material spectrum (ISO K10-K20). Both are designed to maximize stability, finish, and tool life in demanding face grooving tasks.
