The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool – Face Grooving with Chip Breaker is a precision solid carbide bar designed specifically for face grooving. - Exact straight grooves with integrated chip control: Engineered to produce true, straight grooves (not rounded) with a built‑in chip breaker for cleaner cuts, better swarf management, and reduced rework.
- Two coating grades for versatile material handling: BXC is a PVD TiN-coated option optimized for low cutting speeds and stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40); BMK is a sub‑micron grade with triple PVD coating for exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting across a wide material range.
