The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact profiling and boring cutter designed for very small parts and tight workspaces. Built for engineers, machinists, hobbyists, and precision-focused operators, it delivers accurate 47° profiling in a miniature form factor, suitable for delicate components and intricate shapes. With MQL compatibility, this tool combines precise cutting with efficient lubrication for cleaner operation.
- Compact profiling and boring capability: The tool’s small 4.1 mm minimum diameter and 15 mm reach let you create intricate profiles and shallow borings in tight parts without repositioning the workpiece.
- 47° profiling tip with left‑hand geometry: The 47° nose and left-hand cutting orientation provide efficient material removal, smoother finishes, and reliable cutting performance in left-handed setups.
- Premium carbide, MQL-ready (BXC grade): Made from durable carbide with wear resistance that stands up to repeated use, and optimized for Minimum Quantity Lubricant operation to reduce coolant usage and cleanup while extending tool life.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
