Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool Boring Bar is a compact, solid carbide tool designed for precise small-diameter boring and turning. With a 4.1 mm minimum diameter, a 22 mm reach, and a left-hand cutting geometry, it excels in tight bores and constrained workspaces where accuracy matters.
This tool line offers two coating options to match your material and cutting needs. BXC is a PVD TiN coated grade optimized for low cutting speeds and works well with a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). BMK is a sub-micron grade with an advanced PVD triple coating, delivering exceptionally high heat resistance for maximum performance and smooth cutting across general-purpose materials (ISO K10-K20).
