Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool - Boring Bar is a compact, solid carbide solution built for precise internal boring and general turning in tight spaces. Made from K20-grade carbide, this left-hand bar delivers stiffness and wear resistance for long tool life, helping you maintain accurate bore sizes in small components. With a 4.1 mm minimum diameter, a 30 mm reach, and a precise R0.2 nose radius, it’s designed to deliver clean, consistent cuts in challenging setups.
Two coating options maximize durability and performance across common materials. The BXC grade uses a PVD TiN coating optimized for low cutting speeds and works well with a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). The BMK grade features a sub-micron carbide with an advanced PVD triple coating, delivering extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting for a broad material range. Both options provide reliable, long-lasting performance in everyday machining.
