The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool - Boring Bar (MTL - K20 Grade) is a compact, solid carbide bar engineered for precision boring and turning on small to mid‑size parts. With a 6.1 mm minimum diameter, 22 mm reach, and a left‑hand orientation featuring an R0.05 nose radius, it delivers reliable performance in tight bores and close‑tolerance finishes. This tool is part of Carmex’s line of solid carbide bars and is designed to handle demanding applications with consistency.
Choose between two coating options to match material and speed needs: BXC TiN coated grade for low cutting speeds and broad stainless steel compatibility (ISO P30–P50 / K25–K40), and BMK a sub‑micron grade with advanced PVD triple coating (ISO K10–K20) for extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting. The K20 BMK variant provides maximum performance for challenging jobs, while the BXC option offers dependable wear resistance at lower speeds.
