The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide boring bar designed for precise internal work and general turning tasks. It’s ideal for engineers, machinists, and hobbyists who need reliable performance in tight spaces. The tool features a 10.1 mm minimum bore diameter, 35 mm reach, and an R0.2 corner radius, enabling access to deep, small bores with a clean finish. Available as MTR with K20 grade and coating options that optimize performance across stainless steels and other materials.
- Small-diameter boring capability with 35 mm reach: Designed for tight bores, the tool handles internal work down to 10.1 mm minimum diameter while reaching 35 mm into the workpiece, enabling clean holes in concealed areas and reducing tool changes.
- Coated options for versatile materials: Choose from BXC TiN-coated grade for low-speed cutting on stainless steels and other alloys (ISO P30–P50 / K25–40) or BMK sub-micron grade with triple PVD coating for high heat resistance and smooth cutting across a broad material range (ISO K10–K20).
