The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a precision boring bar crafted from solid carbide. Its compact 2.5 mm minimum diameter, 10 mm reach, and nose radius of R0.1 make it ideal for small-bore work, tight cavities, and delicate turning tasks. While designed primarily for boring applications, it also handles general turning, giving you a single tool that adapts to multiple jobs in a single setup.
Designed for versatility, this tool uses coating grades that optimize performance across materials. The BXC TiN coating supports low cutting speeds and pairs well with a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). The BMK grade features a sub-micron composition with advanced PVD triple coating, delivering extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting for maximum performance across all materials (ISO K10-K20).

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
