The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide boring bar designed for small-diameter work and precision turning. Its slim 6.1 mm minimum diameter, 22 mm reach, and R0.1 nose radius let you access tight cavities and achieve clean, accurate finishes. Two coating options give you targeted performance for different jobs: BXC is a PVD TiN-coated grade optimized for low cutting speeds and broad stainless-steel compatibility (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). BMK uses a sub-micron grade with a triple PVD coating for extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting, providing strong general-purpose capability across materials.
- Two advanced PVD coatings for versatile stainless steel work: The BXC TiN coating supports low-speed cutting and broad stainless-steel compatibility (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40), while the BMK triple-coated, sub-micron grade delivers high heat resistance and smooth cutting for reliable performance across materials.
