The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool Boring Bar is a compact, rigid solid carbide cutting tool designed for small-diameter bores and general turning tasks. Featuring a 6.1 mm minimum diameter, a 30 mm reach, and a cutting radius of R0.2, it excels in tight spaces where precision and surface finish matter. This tool line offers coating options that optimize performance for different work conditions. The BXC variant uses a PVD TiN coating, ideal for low cutting speeds and a broad set of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). The BMK variant is a sub-micron grade with an advanced PVD triple coating, delivering extremely high heat resistance for maximum performance and smooth cutting across materials (ISO K10-K20). Each option is designed to extend tool life while maintaining consistent, quality finishes.
