With a wide speed range of 15,000 to 25,000 RPM, these collet chucks provide flexibility to handle various machining applications. They adhere to the DIN69871 standard, ensuring compatibility with DV40 spindle systems. The collet chucks are available in two precision balance ratings, G2.5 and G6.3, allowing users to choose the appropriate level of accuracy based on their specific machining requirements. The ER collet system employed by these chucks offers excellent gripping force and concentricity, securely holding the tool in place during high-speed machining operations.
