Omega DV50 ER Collet Chuck ER25 is a DIN69871‑compliant toolholding solution designed for DV50 spindle systems. It uses an ER25 collet to securely clamp cutting tools, delivering reliable concentricity and repeatable results across milling and drilling tasks.
Designed for demanding machining, it covers a broad speed range from 15,000 to 25,000 RPM, offers two precision balance options, and features a 200 mm gauge length that supports longer tools and versatile setups.
- DIN69871 mounting for DV50 spindles: Quick, precise tool changes with proven compatibility and alignment, reducing setup time and downtime.
- Dual balance options: G2.5 or G6.3: Select the balance class that matches your tolerance, helping minimize vibration and improve finish quality and tool life.
- ER25 collet system with 200 mm gauge length: Strong gripping force and high concentricity for demanding operations, with extended reach to accommodate longer tooling and deeper pockets.

Do you offer Free Next Day delivery?
Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
