Omega Products DV50 ER Collet Chuck ER25 is a high‑performance toolholding solution for CNC machines using DIN69871 DV50 spindles. Designed to hold ER25 tooling with reliable grip and concentricity, it covers a wide speed range from 15,000 to 25,000 RPM, making it suitable for a broad range of materials and cutting conditions. With a 70 mm gauge length and Form AD/B mounting, you get predictable reach and straightforward installation for everyday milling and precision work.
- Precision balance options (G2.5 or G6.3): Choose the balance rating that matches your tolerance and spindle load, reducing vibration at high speeds and helping extend tool life and consistent performance.
- ER25 Collet System for Secure Toolholding: ER25 collets provide strong gripping force and excellent concentricity, delivering reliable runout control even under demanding cuts.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
