Description
The Omega BT50 Face Mill Arbor with Through Coolant securely mounts face milling cutters in BT50 spindle machines while delivering coolant directly to the cutting edge. This through-coolant design helps keep chips moving away from the cut and maintains steady performance in demanding milling tasks.
Built for high-speed work, it operates from 15,000 to 25,000 RPM and offers precision ratings of G2.5/G6.3. With a 160 mm gauge length and Form AD/B plus coolant, it delivers reliable alignment and balanced cutting, even under tougher machining conditions.
- Through-Coolant Delivery: Built-in coolant channels route coolant to the cutting edge, enhancing chip evacuation, reducing heat buildup, and helping extend tool life for longer, more productive runs.
- High-Speed Stability and Precision: Optimized for 15,000–25,000 RPM with tight runout at high speeds, delivering repeatable, accurate cuts and cleaner finishes.
- BT50 Compatibility with 160 mm Gauge Length: Secure clamping and balanced performance in BT50 spindles, with a 160 mm gauge length and coolant-enabled Form AD/B, enabling easy setup and reliable operation.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
