Description
The Omega BT50 Face Mill Arbor with Through Coolant is a precision mounting solution designed for BT50 spindle machines. It securely holds face milling cutters while delivering coolant directly to the cutting edge, improving chip control and thermal management during high-speed milling.
Engineered for demanding applications, this arbor supports speeds from 15,000 to 25,000 RPM and delivers tight precision with G2.5/G6.3 tolerances. It features Form AD/B compatibility and a 100 mm gauge length, helping standardize tool seating across setups and enabling quick, reliable tool changes without sacrificing accuracy.
- Direct Through-Coolant Delivery: Built-in coolant channels route coolant straight to the cutting edge, improving chip evacuation, reducing heat buildup, and extending cutter life during high-speed milling.
- Rigid BT50 Interface with Form AD/B: Secure mounting in BT50 spindles with Form AD/B compatibility provides stable, low-runout performance up to 25,000 RPM for consistent, accurate cuts.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
