Omega Products ER40 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision tool holder designed for CNC milling and drilling with round-shank tooling. It delivers run-out of less than 10 μm, helping you achieve precise hole sizing and smooth finishes.

With a clamping range of 3–26 mm, this collet covers a broad set of common tooling sizes. Some newer versions omit the rubber seal on the nose. The longitudinal slots do not overlap at the center, which helps prevent coolant loss. Important: use only round shank tooling with no clamping flats to ensure the seal works correctly; tooling with flats can render the collet ineffective.
