The Omega ER40 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision toolholding solution designed for CNC mills and machining centers that demand tight tolerances and reliable coolant management. It clamps round tools from 3 to 26 mm with run-out under 10 μm, helping you achieve repeatable, accurate cuts while keeping coolant where it belongs—inside the nose of the collet and away from the spindle.

Note: some newer variants come with a nose design that omits the rubber seal, which can influence coolant retention and maintenance needs.
