Omega ER32 Collet with coolant seal delivers ultra-precise performance for milling and drilling where high-pressure coolant and tight tolerances matter. With run-out under 10 microns, a clamping range of 3–20 mm, and coolant capability up to 120 bar, it’s built for demanding shops using 8 mm shank tooling. Newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose.

An integral metal seal provides reliable sealing under high-pressure cooling, helping coolant stay where it belongs and supporting consistent cutting performance in tougher materials.
