Omega ER32 Collet (17mm) with a high-pressure coolant seal and ultra-precise run-out under 10 μm delivers dependable, repeatable performance for milling and drilling. Designed for engineers, machinists, and hobbyists who demand accurate toolholding, it helps maintain tight tolerances and clean, consistent finishes across demanding CNC cycles.
This collet clamps tool shanks from 3 to 20 mm and supports coolant pressures up to 120 bar. The seal uses an integral metal design (newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose) and a non-overlapping longitudinal slot arrangement to prevent coolant loss. For optimal sealing, use only round shank tooling with no clamping flats; tooling with flats can render the seal ineffective.
