Learn more about Klarna
Description
The BT40 Anti-Vibration Face Mill Arbor is a precision toolholding solution designed for high-speed milling. Built for BT40 spindles, it provides a damped, stable connection between your face mill and spindle to help engineers, machinists, and shop-floor teams achieve smoother cuts and more consistent results—even at speeds up to 8,000 RPM with a G6.3 precision rating.
- Anti-Vibration Damping Technology: The advanced damping design absorbs and reduces tool vibrations, delivering smoother cutting action, improved surface finish, and longer tool life.
- High-Speed Capability at 8,000 RPM: Paired with G6.3 precision, it maintains stable, accurate cuts under demanding milling conditions, helping you achieve consistent results cycle after cycle.
- Secure BT40 Interface with 16 mm Spigot and 250 mm Gauge Length: Provides a rigid, repeatable connection that fits standard face mills and stabilizes tool alignment for reliable setups and fewer adjustments.
This arbor helps you improve workflow by reducing vibration-related chatter, enhancing surface quality, and extending tool life, which lowers downtime and replacement costs. The 16 mm spigot and 250 mm gauge length offer predictable reach and compatibility with common BT40 milling systems, making quick, confident setups a routine part of your production.
