The BT40 Shrink Fit Chuck with Front Face Coolant from Omega is engineered for high-speed milling on BT40 spindles. It delivers a secure, uniform grip on cutting tools through shrink-fit clamping, minimizing runout and enhancing overall accuracy for demanding machining tasks.
Integrated front-face coolant channels actively cool the tool during operation, helping reduce heat buildup, extend tool life, and improve surface finish at high speeds. Built to BT MAS403 (JIS 6339) standards with Form AD/B, this chuck offers proven reliability in busy production environments. It is balanced to G2.5 at 25,000 RPM and features a precise 4.5-degree seating angle for stable, vibration-free performance.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
