The Omega BT40 Shrink Fit Chuck with Front Face Coolant is designed for BT40 spindle systems, delivering strong clamping force and rigid performance for high-speed milling, drilling, and precision finishing. Shrink-fit engagement minimizes runout for repeatable accuracy, making it ideal for production environments where consistency matters.
- Front Face Coolant integration: Direct coolant channels reduce heat at the tool edge, extending tool life, improving surface finish, and maintaining accuracy during sustained high-speed machining.
- Precision balance at 25,000 RPM: Carefully engineered to a G2.5 balance with a 4.5-degree contact angle, it delivers stable, vibration-free performance for cleaner cuts and tighter tolerances.
- BT MAS403 (JIS 6339) Form AD/B compatibility: Reliable interchangeability with BT40 spindles and standard tooling, ensuring quick changes and consistent clamping across jobs.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
