The Omega DV40 Hydraulic Expansion Chuck HC20S (Fig.2) is a DIN69871‑compatible tool holder designed for reliable performance on a wide range of CNC machining centers. With a maximum speed of 25,000 RPM, it delivers fast, secure tool clamping for demanding milling operations.
The hydraulic expansion mechanism clamps cutting tools quickly and precisely, expanding evenly to grip securely. This provides excellent stability and vibration damping during high‑speed machining, helping you achieve superior surface finishes, tighter dimensional accuracy, and longer tool life.
