The Carmex Small Indexable Carbide Threading Insert is a compact, high-precision tool designed specifically for internal threading. Built for ISO and UN profiles, it delivers reliable, repeatable results in challenging materials from a tight work envelope.
- Type: Small indexable carbide threading insert (full-profile, internal threads only)
- Profile compatibility: Supports ISO and UN internal thread profiles
- Size and interface: T10 indexable insert with M12 x 0.5 threading for quick, repeatable setup
- Pitch range: 0.5–3.0 mm (32 TPI to 8 TPI)
- Minimum bore: 8.0 mm (0.31 in)
- Material and coating: Carbide grade BLU with a BLU PVD triple-layer coating for enhanced wear resistance
- Material compatibility: Effective on stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and most high-temperature alloys (M10–M20, K05–K20, N10–N20, S10–S20)

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
