Description
The Carmex Small Indexable Carbide Threading Insert delivers reliable internal-threading performance in a compact, full-profile design. Built for ISO threading applications (with UN profiles available in the product line), it suits precision work in machine shops and manufacturing environments.
- Threading type: Full-profile carbide insert designed exclusively for internal threads.
- Profile compatibility: Available for ISO and UN thread profiles.
- Pitch range: Solutions cover 0.5 mm (32 TPI) to 3.0 mm (8 TPI).
- Minimum bore: 8.0 mm / 0.31 in.
- Coating / grade: Carbide Grade BLU with a triple-layer PVD coating (sub-micron grade) for enhanced wear resistance.
- Material compatibility: Effective on stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and most high-temperature alloys (M10–M20, K05–K20, N10–N20, S10–S20).
Experience consistent thread quality across a range of bore sizes and materials thanks to the full-profile geometry and robust BLU PVD coating. The insert is engineered to withstand demanding machining environments, delivering improved tool life and reliable repeatability on internal threads from compact bores up to the specified minimum bore. - DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
