Description
The Carmex Small Indexable Carbide Threading Insert is a compact, full-profile tool designed for precise internal threading in tight bores. It supports ISO and UN internal thread profiles, delivering reliable performance in demanding materials and small-diameter applications.
- Insert Type: Full-profile, indexable carbide threading insert designed for internal threads only.
- Profiles Supported: Compatible with ISO and UN internal thread profiles.
- Pitch Range: Solutions for pitches from 0.5 mm / 32 TPI to 3.0 mm / 8 TPI.
- Minimum Bore: Requires a bore diameter of at least 8.0 mm (0.31 in).
- Coating / Grade: BLU PVD triple-layer coated sub-micron carbide grade for stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and most high-temperature alloys (M10–M20, K05–K20, N10–N20, S10–S20).
- Size / Compatibility: T8 insert size with support for M14 and M17 × 2 internal thread forms.

The BLU PVD coating reduces wear and extends tool life, while the full-profile geometry helps achieve clean, accurate internal threads with stable tooling performance. - DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
