Description
The Vortex Long Neck Corner Radius End Mill is a specialized CNC milling tool designed for precision machining of deep pocket features and tight fillets. With a 1mm cutter diameter and an 8mm reach, this 2-flute end mill allows operators to cut smooth 0.2mm radius corners in confined areas that standard tools cannot access.
- Specific Dimensions: Configured with a 1mm cutter diameter, 8mm cutting reach, and a 0.2mm corner radius, this micro-tool is built for high-accuracy finishing work in small-scale applications.
- TiSiN Coating: The cutting neck features a Titanium Silicon Nitride (TiSiN) coating, appearing as a copper-colored finish in the product views. This coating hardens the surface, reduces friction, and improves heat resistance during cutting.
