The Widin Carbide End Mill is a precision tool built to mill hardened materials up to HRc70 with reliable, consistent results. Its long-neck design and 4-flute square-edge geometry deliver deep reach into drafts and pockets while keeping rigidity and surface finish—perfect for demanding workpieces. With a 2.5 mm diameter and an 8 mm neck length, this end mill balances reach and strength for tough milling tasks.
- Long-neck design for draft-angle access: The extended neck length minimizes interference and makes it easier to machine features with draft angles, improving clearance and reducing setup constraints.
- 4-flute square-edge geometry for stable, clean cuts: Four flutes provide efficient chip evacuation and solid edge quality, delivering consistent finishes even on tough materials.
- Coated carbide for dry/high-speed cutting and long tool life: A newly developed substrate with ZSLNS20 coating enhances heat and wear resistance, enabling dry or high-speed cutting up to HRc70 with reliable performance and extended tool life.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
