The CP Gratex Key-Way / Slot Deburring Blades - V-4 is a precision deburring blade designed for fast, clean edge finishing on metal sheets. Its four-armed, V-shaped edge is optimized for deburring keyways and slots, making burr removal quick and reliable for shops, engineers, and DIY workshops alike.
With dual-side capability, this blade can deburr on both sides of a sheet, up to 12 mm on one side and 4 mm on the other, allowing you to finish complex edges in fewer passes. It excels on aluminum and steel and is suitable for other metals with hardness below 35 HRC as well as plastics.
