Description
The CP Gratex KW-16 Key-Way / Slot Deburring Blade is a precision deburring blade designed to clean burrs from both sides and edges of key-way slots. It provides four cutting edges—two for normal depth and two for shallow depth—so you can quickly adapt to slot geometry. Sized for KW-16 slots, it covers a 16 mm wide slot for reliable, burr-free results across the full width.
- Four cutting edges for dual-depth deburring: Two edges optimized for normal-depth cuts and two for shallow-depth work let you switch between slot depths in seconds, delivering consistent burr removal on every pass.
- KW-16 16 mm slot coverage: Specifically sized to fit KW-16 slots, it removes burrs across the full 16 mm width in a single pass, minimizing touch-ups.
- Broad material compatibility: Effective on aluminum and steel, as well as other metals with hardness below 35 HRC and plastics, reducing the need for multiple blades and simplifying your toolkit.
