Description
The CP Gratex KW-9 slot deburring blade is a purpose-built tool designed to clean and finish the edges of slots with precision. It is ideal for operators working on aluminum and steel, as well as other metals with hardness below 35 HRC and plastics. The KW-9 blade is engineered to deburr both sides of a slot, helping you achieve smooth, consistent finishes in a single step.
- Eight cutting edges with depth options: Each side of the blade offers four cutting edges—two for normal-depth slots and two for shallow-depth slots—providing long edge life and flexible deburring in a single tool.
- Deburs both sides of a slot in one pass: Optimized geometry removes burrs from both top and bottom edges quickly, delivering uniform finishes and reducing post-processing time.
- 9 mm width and broad material compatibility: Specifically designed for 9 mm KW-9 slots; suitable for aluminum and steel, effective on other metals with hardness below 35 HRC and on plastics, expanding your deburring options.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
